Ordered today? Shipped tomorrow (Sunday excluded). We know how important it is to receive your package as quickly as possible. Especially when you’re cold, you want to be comfortable and warm quickly.

Shipment costs

FREE SHIPPING: All orders in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany & orders of €200 and above in the rest of Europe.

€5 shipping costs: Orders under €200 in the rest of Europe.

€29 shipping costs: All other countries.

For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply to the order. All import duties and taxes payable are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be payable at time of delivery.

Delivery times

We will hand over your order to the delivery person the day after purchase (Sundays excluded). You will receive an email at that point. From here the lead times are:

EN: Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days
BE: Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days
LU: Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days
DE: Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days
DK: Orders are delivered within 2 business days
FR: Orders are delivered within 3 business days
Other EU countries: Orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.
Outside the EU: Orders are delivered within 14 business days.
