What sets Vestie apart is the service and quality. You are our number 1. We have a telephone line to quickly answer questions and resolve problems. Vesties are often delivered free of charge within 2 days! Finally, we use thicker and stronger material than competition, which gives you a warm and premium feeling.
Vesties are currently available in our own webshop, but also on Bol.com! On both places you can expect the same prices and same terms.
All Vesties are made of 100% polyester. The inside is made of sherpa fleece, and the outside is made of flannel fleece. And then of course there is the zipper!
Each Vestie comes with a card with care tips. We always recommend washing your Vestie on cold (not higher than 40 °C). Then do not put the Vestie in the dryer, but let it dry (on a clothes line).
It doesn’t matter how often you want to wash your Vestie! Depending on how often you wear your Vestie, we recommend washing it a few times per year.
The Originals are our Vesties in solid colors. From dark colors such as black and navy blue to soft cheerful colors. They are called the Originals, because these are actually the original Vesties!
Vestie is always developing “custom” designs. These are prints made by us that we place on the Vesties to give them a cool touch!
As soon as the first Specials come into our range, you will find out what they are. Until then we can’t say anything about this. But don’t worry, they are still the Vesties you are used to!
Nothing! We deliver your Vestie for free in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany! Orders in the rest of Europe that are €200 and higher are also delivered free of charge. For orders in Europe under €200 we charge €5 shipping costs. Outside Europe the shipping costs are €29.

We will hand over your order to the delivery person the next day (Sundays excluded). From here the lead times are:
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email about this. This contains the Track & Trace that you can consult for the status of the shipment.
Yes! The email you receive from us when your order has been shipped contains the Track & Trace link. You can also find this in my account.
No! If you live in the Netherlands, you can return your Vestie for free. Outside the Netherlands, costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
You can return your Vestie by filling out the return form on the returns page. We will use this to create a return label for you. As soon as it is ready, you will receive it in your email and you can return your Vestie.
Vesties can be returned within 30 days of purchase if the cards are still attached and the Vesties have not been damaged / washed. Returning it in the original box is possible, but not mandatory!
Depending on your order history and the situation, it is possible to return it. Send a separate email to info@vestie.nl with your return request. In this case, the refund amount may be less than what you paid.
As soon as we have received your return request via the form, we will forward your shipping label to your email address within 5 working days. You can print this out, stick it on the box and return it according to the instructions in your email.
As soon as we have received the returned Vestie in our warehouse, you will receive your money back into the account you paid with within 14 days.
You can see the status of your order on my account. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with Track & Trace to track your order.
Yes! If your order has not yet been shipped, you can easily submit a cancellation request for your order in my account.
If you do not have an account but would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Don’t forget to provide your order number.
If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it.
Vestie currently accepts payments with iDEAL and PayPal. We are working hard to add more payment methods!
As soon as we have received the returned Vestie in our warehouse, you will receive your money back into the account you paid with within 14 days.
