Your return must first be registered online using the form below. If you have an order with multiple Vesties and would like to return multiple Vesties, please enter this in the text box. You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received from us immediately after your order, or in my account.
Vesties can be returned within 30 days of purchase if the tags are still attached and the Vesties have not been damaged / washed.
If your Vestie arrived damaged, or if you received the wrong Vestie, you can also indicate this in the returns form. You can also contact us directly for this. Anyway, please let us know as soon as possible!
Within the Netherlands, the return process is completely free. Outside the Netherlands, costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
As soon as we have received your return request via the form, we will forward your shipping label to your email address within 5 working days. You can print this out, stick it on the box and return it according to the instructions in your email!
