When logging into your Vestie account you can change your personal details at any time;
To delete your account or access the data we process, you can send us a message via info@vestie.nl. Please note that there may be a legal obligation to store (part of) your data in our database.
Do you no longer wish to receive our newsletter or other updates? Please let us know via the unsubscribe button in the emails you have received from us.

5. Data security

Data security is an important part of personal data security and ensures that your personal data is safe with us. Our employees know how to handle personal data, keep it confidential and, if a data breach occurs, we will take the necessary steps, such as reporting it to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Vestie works with various third parties to make your shopping experience and ordering process as smooth as possible. We therefore share the necessary data with these third parties. This includes your payment via the payment service provider, sending your order to the fulfillment partner, sending the track-and-trace data by e-mail and providing the latest news about our products.

We only use secure servers, secure connections and we have processing agreements.

6. Data processors

Your data is processed within the European Union. We use the correct data processing agreements with the necessary (sub)processors.

When personal data is processed or stored outside the EU, we ensure that there are appropriate safeguards to protect personal data. More specifically, we adhere to the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

– Trustpilot A/S for reviews;

7. Trustpilot

Trustpilot A/S provides review invitations to our customers where Trustpilot A/S acts as a data processor to process relevant data. Your name, email address and order details are shared with Trustpilot. Trustpilot ensures that personal data is kept confidential. Reviews serve to evaluate and improve our services.

8. Cookies

Vestie participates in interest-based advertising. After your consent, through cookies and other technologies, we may automatically collect information about the way you browse websites, use applications and shop in order to improve your customer experience and provide you with communications and promotions from us or others. We may share your data with third parties and social media platforms. We aim to show you advertisements that are more relevant to your interests and/or interactions with our website. You can always delete cookies or object to them via your browser. Please note that you will still be able to see advertisements, but no longer based on your interests or interactions with our website.
