We at Vestie hope that you enjoy shopping with us. We try to make your shopping experience as easy as possible and that is why we have some terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to your order.

Please note that these Terms and Conditions apply to consumers. If you are not a consumer, but are interested in working with us, please contact us using the contact details below.

2. Offer and agreement

  1. When you purchase an item online via the webshop, you enter into an agreement with Vestie. These Terms apply to all your online orders and purchases.
  2. We will ensure that these Terms are easily accessible at the time you order and at any time thereafter. You can read, reread or download the then current and most recent version of the Terms via our website.
  3. To prevent incorrect delivery after your order, we request that you provide us with the correct information and contact details. We keep your information secure and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
  4. An agreement resulting from an offer that contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, is not binding for Vestie. Please contact Vestie if you have any doubts about the validity of an offer.

3. Price and payment

  1. The price in the webshop is the total price including VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately, if applicable.
  2. You can pay for your order using one of the payment methods available in the Vestie webshop.
  3. If the delivery address is outside the European Union, additional taxes may apply. The country in question may charge additional fees, such as import taxes. Vestie has no influence or control over such charges and can therefore not provide you with further information. Any import duties and taxes are solely your responsibility as a customer and may be payable at the time of delivery. These additional costs are for your own account. You must check for yourself whether the items ordered can be exported and imported to the country in question and what the costs will be before placing such an order.
  4. Vestie gift vouchers can be used in the online store and cannot be paid out in cash.

4. Delivery

  1. Vestie strives to process and deliver your order as easily and quickly as possible. We ensure that the products are shipped accurately. If you unexpectedly receive incomplete or damaged products, please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than within 48 hours of receiving the products, and we will take care of the rest.
  2. Orders are shipped to the delivery address you specified and via the delivery method you selected. For shipping costs to your country, please refer to the FAQ on our website.
  3. In the event that an incorrect address is provided, the costs for the lost product will be at your own expense.

5. Quality, legal warranty & complaints

  1. Vestie strives to display products as completely and accurately as possible on its website. The nature of the products offered may lead to differences (such as color differences) between the display of products on the website and the product delivered to you. Does the product seem different than expected? Together with the legal return period of 14 days, we offer you a return period of 30 days.
  2. The products we offer are of course subject to wear and tear. The lifespan of a product partly depends on the material of the product, the intensity of use and the level of maintenance. Vestie stands for quality during normal use. However, for optimal lifespan and quality, it is important to follow the washing instructions. If you nevertheless think that there is something wrong with your product, please let us know your complaint (by telephone, e-mail or post).
  3. If you have discussed your complaint with us, but you wish to submit your complaint to another authority, you can contact the Disputes Committee via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europe.eu/consumers /odr/.

6. Right of withdrawal

  1. By law, you have a period of 14 days after receipt of the product to revoke your agreement with Vestie, without giving any reason.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending us an unambiguous statement (for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). It is also possible to partially revoke the agreement. In order to meet the withdrawal period deadline, it is sufficient that you make your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
  3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery.
  4. After termination of the agreement, you must return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt of all products in your order, to the Vestie address that you receive from us when you mention the return.
  5. Please ensure that the tags are still attached and that the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged or washed, where the labels have been removed or that show other signs of wear, Vestie will have to deduct this depreciation from the total amount that will be refunded to you. Only Vestie is entitled to determine the depreciation.
  6. Vestie will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product(s). In the event of a partial cancellation, we will only refund the cost of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the original payment.
  7. Return costs within the Netherlands and Belgium are free of charge via the shipping label you receive from us. If you choose a different, more expensive return option than Vestie’s standard delivery method, these additional costs will not be reimbursed.

7. Return Policy

  1. We want you to have the best shopping experience with us and that’s why we have a 30 day return policy. You can contact us for the shipping label. It is also possible to partially return the order.
  2. Return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt of all products in your order, to the Vestie address that you receive from us when you mention the return.
  3. Please ensure that the tags are still attached and that the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged or washed, where the labels have been removed or that show other signs of wear, Vestie will have to deduct this depreciation from the total amount that will be refunded to you. Only Vestie is entitled to determine the depreciation.
  4. The returns policy is not provided for goods that are also excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that are not sealed after delivery.
  5. Vestie will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product(s). In the case of a partial return, we will only reimburse the costs of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the original payment.
  6. Return costs within the Netherlands are free of charge via the shipping label you receive from us. If you choose a different, more expensive return option than Vestie’s standard delivery method, these additional costs will not be reimbursed.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. Vestie owns all intellectual property rights relating to the brand, products and website including all promotional materials such as videos and photography.

9. Changes

  1. Changes to these Terms will be published on the website. You are advised to read these Terms carefully when ordering from us. These Terms were last modified on November 6, 2023.

10. Applicable law

  1. Dutch law applies to these Terms and Conditions and to the agreement between you and Vestie. In the event of a conflict, the court will decide the case; without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the country in which you reside.
